rules. Mounted read-only by TeamIDE's planner agent at runtime.

Extracted from the personal Ideation repo as a precondition for
workspace-projects-agent-spec.md §9.4. Personal Ideation stays
private; this repo holds only the publishable methodology.

.teamide/ Template

Template files for TeamIDE's project management system. When scaffolding a new project from Ideation, copy project.yml into the project's .teamide/ directory and update the name field.

Plan and task files are not included here because they are generated dynamically from each project's build_plan.md content. See the "TeamIDE PM Files" section in claude.md for the conversion rules.

Files

File Purpose
project.yml Project configuration with board columns and discovery ignore patterns. Replace PROJECT_NAME with the actual project name.
