Contributors retain copyright in their contributions. The signature roster is .cla/signatures.md. Third-party code ---------------- Foundry has no external dependencies. It is plain C11 plus, where explicitly enabled at build time, the platform's own vendor SDKs -- CUDA (USE_CUDA=1), Metal (USE_METAL=1), and a BLAS implementation such as Apple Accelerate or OpenBLAS (USE_BLAS=1). Those are linked, not redistributed, and remain under their own licenses. Portions of the following files are derived from third-party work: rwkvx/rx_pretrain.c, rwkvx/rx_pretrain.h, cuda_kernels/wkv7.cu The RWKV-7 WKV backward-through-time equations are transcribed from wkv7_cuda_fp32.cu in RWKV-LM (https://github.com/BlinkDL/RWKV-LM), by Bo Peng (BlinkDL), licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The transcription was modified (rewritten as scalar C and as a new CUDA kernel). A copy of the Apache License 2.0 is in LICENSES/Apache-2.0.txt. Model weights and datasets processed by Foundry carry their own licenses, entirely separate from this one.
